This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form or by email. The short version: we use them to reply to you, and nothing else.

Who we are

Kathaa Studios is a wedding film and photography studio in York, run by Nishan and Raai. For anything on this page, email nishfilms.contact@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form:

• your names and email address
• your wedding date and venue, if you give them
• the package you are interested in, and your message

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and, if you book with us, to plan and film your day. We never add you to a mailing list, never sell your details and never share them with anyone outside the studio.

Where it goes

The form is handled by Formspree, a service based in the United States, which passes your message straight to our Gmail inbox, run by Google. Both are bound by their own data protection terms for transfers outside the UK.

How long we keep it

If you do not book, we delete your enquiry within twelve months. If you do, we keep your details while we work together, and afterwards only what we need for our business records.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address as any web request does.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, at any time. Email us and we will do it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
